It is a legal requirement that we request your permission to photograph your children whilst receiving etiquette coaching or training from Polished Manners.

We may wish to take photographs or film the children’s activities during coaching or training sessions (for some publicity purposes).

Your co-operation will be much appreciated.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations received 4 weeks before the programme will not be refunded, the fee can be used towards the payment of a course of your choice within a six month period.

Cancellations received less than 4 weeks before the programme will not be refunded.

In order to cover expenses, the programme may be cancelled due to an insufficient number of registered students. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued.
